Great teachers have the ability to draw you in and make learning fun. Just like people, dogs learn best when the learning is a game. Think back to a teacher you really liked. Most of us remember a person who cared and wanted to make a difference. Dogs also enjoy learning from teachers who care. A great dog trainer must love dogs and people. Anyone can say they are a dog trainer, so consumers need to be educated to choose wisely. Imagine if teaching children was not regulated, what kind of teachers might we have?
